"Authorization failed" or redirect error

  • Make sure you're logged into the correct social account before connecting
  • Check that you granted all requested permissions during the OAuth flow
  • Try connecting in an incognito/private browser window

Channel shows "Reconnect"

The access token has expired. Click Reconnect on the channel card and re-authorise.

Instagram won't connect

Instagram requires a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Personal accounts are not supported.

TikTok won't connect

  • Ensure your TikTok account is set to Private (required for sandbox/testing)
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting — the old token will be revoked

Channel connected but posts are failing

Check the Content → Published tab for error messages. Common causes:

  • Token expired (reconnect the channel)
  • Media format not supported by the platform
  • Caption too long for the platform
