Viewing your channels

All connected channels are listed on the Social Channels page, grouped by project. Each card shows the account name, platform, connection status, and when the token expires.

Channel statuses

  • Connected — active and ready to post
  • Expires soon — token expiring within 7 days, reconnect recommended
  • Reconnect — token has expired, click Reconnect to re-authorise

Disconnecting a channel

  1. Go to Social Channels
  2. Find the channel you want to remove
  3. Click the ··· menu → Disconnect

This removes the channel from OwlKonnect. Your social account itself is unaffected.
