Requirements
- An Instagram Business or Creator account (personal accounts are not supported by the Instagram API)
- The Instagram account must be linked to a Facebook Page
How to connect
- Go to Social Channels and click Connect on the Instagram card
- Select your project
- You'll be redirected to Facebook's login and authorisation flow
- Grant all requested permissions
- Select the Instagram account linked to your Facebook Page
- You'll be redirected back to OwlKonnect with your Instagram account connected
Switching from personal to business
In the Instagram app: Settings → Account → Switch to Professional Account → Business.
